The Hotel at the University of Maryland is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and creative Executive Meeting Manager (EMM) to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team!

This is more than a traditional hotel sales position. It's an opportunity to develop your talents, expand your hospitality expertise, and gain valuable experience across multiple disciplines within a full-service hotel.

From corporate meetings and university events to executive retreats, association programs, and social gatherings, you'll help create exceptional experiences while developing the business relationships that drive our success.

You'll manage business opportunities from the initial conversation through the successful execution of assigned meetings and events, giving you hands‑on experience throughout the entire guest and client journey.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to strengthen their skills while contributing to the hotel's overall success.
