AdventHealth Medical Group West Florida Division is seeking an Executive Medical Director. This role provides clinical direction and leadership to all employed specialty practices in West Florida, with 50% administrative and 50% clinical time.

The physician leader drives measurable improvements in patient outcomes, operations, and quality, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to standardize care and engage physicians.

Qualifications

• Must hold Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
• Active Florida Medical License.
• Active US Board certification.
• Unrestricted AdventHealth hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and physician leadership to AdventHealth Medical Group specialty practices in West Florida.
• Lead strategic and clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational performance.
• Recruit, onboard, and staff optimize to support current demand and future growth.
