Job summary

Qualifications
- MD or DO required, board eligible/certified in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or related specialty
- 5+ years pharma/biotech industry experience in early clinical development
- Proven leadership in translational medicine and biomarker development
- Experience in designing early clinical trials and regulatory interactions
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine therapeutic hypotheses and early clinical study designs
- Collaborate with discovery, biomarker, clinical pharmacology, and regulatory teams
- Lead regulatory interactions and contribute to external scientific engagement
- Influence portfolio direction and lead translational strategy for aesthetic dermatology programs
