Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an Executive Medical Director, Early Clinical Development to lead the aesthetic medicine portfolio. This clinical translational role bridges discovery science and clinical application, shaping transformational medicines for skin health, facial, and body aesthetics.

You will design early studies, collaborate with regulatory and HEOR, mentor staff, and influence portfolio strategy. Travel 10-15%, Boston and other sites involved.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board eligibility in Dermatology or Plastic Surgery or equivalent.
• US-trained physicians must be board eligible/certified.
• Non-US trained physicians require ECFMG qualification.

Responsibilities

• Design early clinical studies to test hypotheses in aesthetic medicine.
• Collaborate with regulatory, pharmacology, HEOR and operations teams to optimize study design and execution.
• Provide scientific leadership across portfolio and act as a strategic medical expert.
