Qualifications

• Minimum five years of behavioral health clinical experience.
• Three years in an administrative or medical director role.
• Experience with OBOT program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership across all service lines.
• Direct the OBOT program with adherence to regulations.
• Lead ongoing CCBHC certification compliance.

Skills

Clinical leadership in psychiatric care

Medication management protocols

Understanding of CCBHC standards

Experience with SUD treatment

Strong communication skills

Education

MD or DO from accredited institution

Board certification in Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine

Active Kentucky medical license
