Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Managing Director for the Accounting Advisory practice on the West Coast. You will lead client delivery, drive finance transformation, and mentor teams across the CA market.

You will oversee close processes, financial reporting, and regulatory readiness while expanding relationships with private equity-backed and strategic clients. A strong CPA/CA and deep GAAP/IFRS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in advisory or controllership related roles within professional services.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, with IPO/readiness exposure preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts, leads, and senior stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead client delivery across multiple engagements and relationships.
• Oversee close processes, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Drive cloud-based finance system implementations and process improvements.
• Guide audits, regulatory filings, and strategic financial planning.
• Develop delivery methodologies and new AI-enabled client solutions.
• Mentor teams, manage budgets, and grow West Coast client base.
