Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for Global Executive Marketing (GEM) within AWS. You will drive strategy, programs, and experiences that engage C-suite executives and shape perception of AWS among senior customers.

You’ll lead across strategy, content, and engagement, translating business context into marketing plans, while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact executive programs with clear metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
• Experience designing and delivering marketing programs for senior executive audiences (VP+ or C-suite).

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives across Global Executive Marketing from scoping to measurement.
• Partner with program leads and cross-functional stakeholders to design executive engagement experiences.
• Translate customer and market insight into actionable marketing strategy for executive audiences.
• Conduct customer and market research to inform engagement design and program strategy.
• Develop frameworks and playbooks to scale quality across programs and channels.
• Define and track metrics reflecting value of executive engagement.
