Job summary

BASX is seeking a transformational manufacturing executive to serve as Site Leader (Director of Manufacturing) at its Redmond operation. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management to shape a scalable organization aligned with long‑term growth.

You will partner with executive leadership to drive automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, capital planning, and workforce development while delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and delivery

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale manufacturing organizations.
Proven success driving operational and cultural transformation.
Experience with automation, digital manufacturing, or Industry 4.0.
Strong financial acumen and capital investments planning.
Track record of improving productivity and quality.
Executive leadership and communication skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with execution.
Experience building leadership teams and scalable structures.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-year manufacturing strategy aligned with growth initiatives.
