Job summary

Rocket Mortgage is seeking a licensed Executive Loan Officer to guide clients through the mortgage journey from application to closing. You will advise on loan products, assess finances, and ensure documentation meets guidelines while building strong relationships with real estate partners and clients.

This role emphasizes staying current with Rocket Mortgage products and representing the brand in community initiatives to drive business and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Licensed mortgage loan originator with knowledge of loan programs and guidelines.
• 3 years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Ability to guide clients from application to closing and resolve concerns.
• Strong understanding of mortgage documents and home buying process.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing, resolving concerns
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, professionals, and clients to market Rocket Mortgage
• Consult with clients to determine appropriate loan products

Job description

The Executive Loan Officer is the face of Rocket Mortgage to our clients. As a licensed mortgage loan originator, you use your thorough understanding of and expertise in loan programs, guidelines, mortgage documents and home buying process knowledge to guide clients through the mortgage process and help them achieve their goals.

• Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing including resolving any client concerns
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, other professionals, friends, family and closed clients to market the Rocket brand and help homebuyers or homeowners obtain real estate financing that meets their personal and financial goals.
• Consult with clients and analyze their financial situations to determine the appropriate loan product to achieve their goals.
• Evaluate client financial status and documents including their credit, employment, income, assets and property to ensure they qualify for financing
• Cultivate relationships with mortgage referral sources and market the value of working with Rocket Mortgage
• Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinance process and how to better manage their mortgage
• Stay up-to-date on Rocket Mortgage’s product offerings, qualifying parameters and process changes
• Represent the Rocket brand in various civic and community functions to support business development initiatives and drive lead flow to the branch
• Experience in mortgage loan origination
• 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination
