Delphi Technologies is seeking a Licensed Administrator (LNHA) for Bill Nichols Veterans Home in Alabama. This full-time role directs day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards for long-term care, delivering high-quality resident care.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare, have at least three years of health-care administration experience, and possess an active Nursing Home Administrator license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
• Three (3) years’ experience in health care administration.
• Experience as Licensed Administrator in a Skilled Nursing/Longterm Care facility.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license or meet licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local LTC standards and regulations while delivering high-quality resident care.
