Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting Executive Development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications, content development, and project management for the McKesson Leadership Call Series and executive development webinars.
• Partner closely with McKesson Leadership Team (MLT), McKesson Enterprise Leaders (MEL), Internal Communications, and Events teams to deliver high-quality experiences that align leaders to enterprise priorities.
• Serve as project lead for the Leadership Exchange core planning team, providing oversight of plans, partners, budgets, vendors, and execution.
• Coach and guide team members supporting executive and high-potential development programs.
• Design, develop, and coordinate high-potential development experiences aligned to strategy and priorities.
• Analyze feedback, assessment data, and business insights to measure effectiveness and evolve content.
• Synthesize complex information into clear messages for senior leader audiences and build trusted relationships.
