Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in psychology required.
• Licensed psychologist in PA or eligible for PA licensure within one year of hire.
• Minimum of eight years of clinical counseling/well-being services experience.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.

• Provide clinical psychological services and crisis intervention for student-athletes.
• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team within Intercollegiate Athletics.
• Collaborate with Sports Medicine, Academic Services, and campus health units to coordinate care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate prevention and well-being programs for student-athletes.
• Oversee documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards.
