You will oversee a multidisciplinary team delivering clinical services, well-being programs, and crisis response, collaborating across Athletics, Sports Medicine, and campus partners.

Qualificações

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program.
• Licensed in Pennsylvania or eligible for PA licensure with licensure within 1 year.
• 8+ years providing clinical counseling and well-being services; higher education experience preferred.
• 3+ years supervising licensed or license-eligible staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical services, crisis response, and well-being programs for student-athletes.
• Lead integration with Sports Medicine, Academic Services, and campus health units.
• Ensure documentation and compliance within university EMR and policies.
• Supervise and mentor clinical providers and wellbeing staff.
