Job summary

The National Pork Board seeks an experienced, relationship-driven leader to serve as Vice President or Senior Vice President, Producer & State Engagement. This executive role strengthens producer relationships and leads programs, services and engagement for producers nationwide.

The candidate will supervise a cross-functional team, drive annual plans, manage budgets and represent NPB at industry events, while collaborating with state associations and Checkoff investors across the country.

Qualifications

• Association management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a collaborative Producer & State Engagement team spanning state relations, training, grant administration and service to the industry.
• Develop annual plans for Producer Services, Producer Education and Producer Outreach.
• Provide leadership for state and producer relations and education programs.
• Oversee a significant departmental budget and align resources with priorities.
• Represent NPB at state meetings, producer events and industry conferences.
