Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care in Federal Way, WA seeks a Director of Outpatient Medical Services to lead psychiatric and medical services for the outpatient system. You will oversee clinicians, ensure timely evaluations and medication management, and supervise health screenings and reporting.

You will collaborate with senior leaders on CQI, policy, and strategic planning, while managing budgets and KPIs to support high-quality care in a CCBHC framework.

Formación

• Current Washington license (MD/DO) or ARNP with psychiatric certification.
• DEA registration and authority to prescribe controlled substances.
• At least 3+ years in behavioral health leadership, outpatient preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outpatient psychiatric and medical services for the team.
• Ensure timely access to evaluations and medication management.
• Oversee metabolic monitoring and health screenings.
• Support evidence-based medications for substance use disorders.
• Advise CQI on clinical policy and quality reporting.
• Oversee budgets, KPIs, and data reporting to executives.
