Job summary

Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) seeks an accomplished President to serve as the college's chief executive officer, guiding strategic direction and policy alignment with the Board of Trustees.

The President will collaborate with faculty, staff, students, community partners, and employers to advance academic excellence, student success, workforce development, and long-term institutional sustainability, upholding integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• An earned doctorate from an accredited institution.
• At least ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in higher education administration.
• Proven leadership, sound judgment, integrity, and professional qualifications to serve as CEO of a comprehensive community college.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership aligned with the College's mission and Board direction.
• Lead complex organizational change and institutional planning.
• Advance academic quality, student success, and workforce development.
• Ensure financial stewardship and long-term sustainability.
• Represent RCBC with the Board, faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
