Qualifications

• Lead data platform organization across Database Engineering, Data Capture, Data Curation, and Production Experience & Data Governance.
• Own strategy and roadmaps for large-scale data infrastructure and data platforms.
• Modernize data architecture, reduce technical debt, and improve reliability and data quality.
• Develop engineering leaders and establish clear ownership and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve data platform organization, building platforms and tooling that enable engineering teams to develop and manage reliable data pipelines.
• Set the strategy and roadmap for data infrastructure, translating business priorities into high-impact investments.
• Modernize operational data architecture, simplify systems, improve reliability and data quality, and reduce technical debt.
• Develop engineering leaders and teams, establishing clear ownership, operating practices, and technical standards.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Engineering, and ML Platform to align needs and priorities.
