• Significant residential homebuilding experience required.
• Proven leadership in managing people, projects, budgets and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing, production and construction operations.
• Understanding of job costing, gross margins, P&L, cash flow and financial controls.
• Experience negotiating with subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
• Ability to improve systems, processes, scheduling and cost controls.
• Experience with custom or luxury residential construction preferred.
