Job summary

Regency Hospital Springdale seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead hospital operations, strategic direction, and fiscal accountability. The CEO will drive financial performance, patient care quality, compliance, and overall organizational growth within a critical illness recovery setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, regulatory acumen, and the ability to build key relationships with the Governing Board, physicians, staff, and the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and at least 3 years leadership experience in healthcare.
• Experience in finance, strategic planning and community health education.
• Minimum 3 years operations experience in an acute care or specialty hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily rounds on nursing floor and communicate with patients, families, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and JCAHO regulations and manage the complaint-grievance process.
• Develop and present Annual Operating Budget, 3-year Capital Budget and Strategic Plan to the Governing Board.
• Drive high-quality patient care, engage employees, and foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Expand business development relationships and lead critical hospital operations in a dynamic healthcare setting.
