Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years running multiple DoD/Navy programs.
• Hands-on DoD leadership including profit and loss management and business growth.
• TS security clearance required.
• Experience with NAVSEA and NSWC Crane Division and related commands.

Responsibilities

• Own full business area financial performance (revenue, profit, cash flow).
• Develop and execute annual goals aligned to corporate objectives.
• Forecast performance and manage risks and opportunities.
• Drive margin improvement and operational efficiency.
• Lead executive relationships with key customers and pursue adjacent opportunities.
• Deliver successful program execution and maintain customer satisfaction.
