Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, hospital or public health administration is required.
• Six years of leadership in behavioral health or related human services with program development and fiscal oversight.
• Statewide or county-level public health leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive public behavioral health system including recovery-oriented services.
• Guide the division through state and federal financing impacts and regulatory changes.
• Oversee program development, budgets, personnel, and performance improvement.
