Job summary

Saint Simons By-The-Sea is seeking a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead a 101-bed acute behavioral health hospital on St. Simons Island, GA.

The CEO will direct day-to-day operations, manage staff development, ensure high quality patient care, and maintain compliance with Joint Commission and CMS standards. Ideal candidate has a proven track record in behavioral health leadership, with growth and fiscal oversight experience, and willingness to travel as needed to advance the program and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive the hospital's mission, vision and values across all departments.
• Oversee clinical and non-clinical operations to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Ensure quality metrics meet accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Recruit and develop physicians and staff for targeted specialty areas.
• Oversee outpatient and ambulatory program development and partnerships.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting and cost controls.
