Acadia Healthcare seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer for Centerpointe Behavioral Health Hospital in St. Charles, MO.

This role leads clinical and operational teams to deliver high-quality care across inpatient, PHP, and IOP services, while expanding access and partnerships across the region. The CEO will drive financial performance, quality, and regulatory success, building trust with physicians, providers, and community stakeholders to sustain long‑term growth within Acadia’s nationwide

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in behavioral health or acute care settings.
• Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational performance.
• Experience expanding access and partnerships in a regional market.
• Strong collaboration and mission-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop a culture of high-quality care and patient safety.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including fiscal management and regulatory compliance.
• Lead network development with physicians, providers, and referral sources.
• Direct contract negotiations and partnerships to support growth.
• Drive continuum of care including outpatient and community-based programs.
• Report to governing bodies and ensure staff performance improvement.
