Qualifications

Experience leading ambulatory services and patient access in large health systems.
Strong strategic planning, financial management, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the Primary Care service area strategy, including growth and portfolio management.
Partner with executive leaders to align strategy with enterprise priorities.
Drive access, quality, safety, and patient experience across multiple sites.
Oversee budgets, staffing, and capital planning with disciplined governance.
Lead governance and keep stakeholders informed with regular performance reviews.
