Blue Owl Insurance Solutions (BOIS) is seeking a Head of Portfolio Management to lead the construction, oversight, and management of insurance client portfolios across the BOIS platform in an office-based role in New York.

Reporting to the CIO, Insurance Solutions, this leader will drive portfolio strategy, asset allocation, mandate governance, and performance across separately managed accounts and related vehicles.

Formación

• Experience in insurance investment management and portfolio construction.
• Leadership of portfolio management teams and governance.
• Strong client communication and relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day portfolio management across all insurance mandates and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee asset allocation and portfolio construction to balance returns, capital efficiency, liquidity, and risk.
• Present portfolio strategy and results to insurers' CIOs, CFOs, and risk committees.
• Partner with product and investment teams to design insurance-focused investment solutions.
• Develop governance frameworks and mentorship for a high-performing portfolio management team.
