• Requires Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and licensed architect (preferred).
• Over 10–15 years of experience in residential and commercial/hospitality architecture.
• Proven ability to lead architectural plan development and manage design teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-scope architectural plan development for hotel, residential, and amenities.
• Lead cross-team coordination with interior design, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor project schedules, approvals, and progress toward milestones.
• Oversee OAC meetings and ensure alignment with owner budgets and schedules.
• Maintain quality control from concept through construction and commissioning.
