Job Title: Executive IT Support Engineer
Location: NYC, NY - Onsite from day

Responsibilities
- Proficient in handling CxO users / VIPs and VVIP users.
- Experience in coordination with people both within IT teams and third-party contractors.
- Governance, implementation and support of IT-related activities in the company across the Americas (Canada, USA & LATAM).
- Office-based users and related technology needs, including Smartphones & Video Conferencing Support.
- Troubleshoot basic configuration & relevant applications on Windows Laptops & Apple devices.
- Understand servers, networks and other back-office hardware and software.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure SLAs are adhered to.
- Project management as needed for business requirements, support and infrastructure-related projects.
- Act as primary contact for the Americas region and coordinate with global IT teams on requests daily.
- Advise and propose ideas for improvements & analysis for multiuser rollouts of global and regional software applications including hardware.
- Maintain IT knowledge base as per required protocols to overcome known issues.
- Administration of assets (HW & SW).
- Provide IT services & support for attendees in office or offsite events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in supporting executive-level or VIP users.
- Ability to coordinate with IT teams and third-party contractors.
Working Conditions
- AM - PM (may require overtime or shift work depending on business requirements).
- May work on holidays with sufficient notice.
- May travel as per business requirements.
