Job summary

Elevance Health seeks an Infrastructure Architect Executive to design reference architectures and lead major infrastructure initiatives. The role emphasizes hybrid work with in-office collaboration several days per week and flexibility for relocation within commuting distance from Elevance Health locations.

You will drive funding, define architecture standards, and mentor teams while ensuring security, compliance, and scalability across identity and AD/Microsoft Entra ID deployments.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 7 years of architecture/design experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale infrastructure architectures.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares business case, lobbies to secure funding for and drives implementation of new technologies based on business value.
• Owns overall platform architecture vision and ensures components align with EA roadmaps.
• Leads the construction of infrastructure architecture components.
• Leads the definition of recovery environments for business and IT.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering and operations teams.
