Job description

A private couple in Palm Beach, FL is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to assist with the maintenance of their private formal estate. The Executive Housekeeper will report to the Estate Manager and the family office, and will also work directly with the principals and their team of 1-3 other housekeepers. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Full-charge housekeeping responsibilities; museum-quality cleaning of residenceworking alongside other household staff
• Laundry and ironing of clothing and linens, caring for fine garments, travel packing/unpacking
• All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence; vacuuming, dusting, sanitization, proper garbage disposal,etc.
• Alwaysmaintaining thehousehold guest ready
• Maintaining household inventory organization (closets, pantries, cabinets, etc.)
• Hands-on care for furniture; polishing fine surfaces,silvercare & maintenance
• Assist with flowerarrangements
• Providing excellent service to principals and guest

This is a full-time position, Schedule:Monday –Friday 9am–5pm with flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Salary:$85,000 – $90,000, DOE Benefits:Full-benefits package available(Health insurance, vacation, sick days, OT, 401K + discretionary bonuses

Requirements:

• Minimum5years related work experience in a private residence
• Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English)

• Flexibility in schedulewith availability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Valid US work authorization
