Qualifications

• Substantial executive housekeeping experience in a luxury private residence.
• Strong knowledge of detailed housekeeping, fine-surface care, laundry, and wardrobe management.
• Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Calm under pressure with high emotional intelligence and a respectful style.
• Concise, precise communicator providing timely updates.
• Collaborative team player with household staff, vendors, and diverse personalities.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a home with a medium to large dog.
• Excellent, verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residence to exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Provide expert care for fine finishes and specialty surfaces (wood, marble, glass, delicate pieces).
• Manage household laundry, linens, garment care, and weekly dry-cleaning.
• Create and maintain efficient housekeeping schedules and service private work areas.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, vendors, and refinishing needs.
• Coordinate with part-time housekeeper, chef, pet-care, building maintenance, security, and other vendors.
• Care for one large senior dog; grooming, veterinary appointments, health monitoring, and coordination with pet-care professionals.
• Organize and monitor specialty household assets, including a wine collection.
• Anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and present options to principals.
• Support development of household procedures and vendor records.
