Job summary

Tru by Hilton Augusta, GA is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the hotel’s housekeeping team on an hourly full-time basis. You will supervise staff, manage labor costs, and uphold cleanliness standards in alignment with brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, inspecting areas for sanitation, maintaining supplies, and training staff. Strong attendance, professionalism, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent of same.
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have a valid driver's license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the Housekeeping Team through daily shift meetings and monthly department meetings.
• Inspect all areas of the hotel to ensure sanitation, brand standards, and health and safety compliance.
• Maintain supplies, including guest items, inventory, and vendor invoices; document and code invoices for payment.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
• Maintain key control, train staff on resources and tools, and oversee onboarding and discipline as needed.
• Schedule staff within the designated Labor Model and supervise the Lost and Found department.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for timely maintenance requests and property upkeep.
• Support guests with a hospitable, professional attitude and address issues promptly.
