Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Manage the housekeeping budget, including labor costs and inventory of supplies.
• Oversee ordering, stocking, and usage of housekeeping supplies with proper inventory control.
• Develop and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with maintenance and front desk to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Regularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to uphold quality standards.
• Foster a positive work environment with ongoing training and development for the team.
