Schulte Hospitality Group in Kentucky seeks an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations across our properties. This role focuses on service culture, guest satisfaction, and team development.

You will schedule, supervise, and coach a diverse team, ensure rooms and public areas meet standards, and collaborate with other departments to maintain quality and safety. The company offers a wide range of benefits and a rewarding environment with opportunities for growth.

Competenze

• Minimum of High School education (post-high school preferred).
• Minimum of three years in housekeeping management.

Mansioni

• Schedules room and cleaning assignments to ensure coverage.
• Inspects suites and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedules room and cleaning assignments to ensure proper coverage
• Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair
• Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift
• Randomly selects assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness. Counsels Housekeepers on discrepancies
• Notifies GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary
• Hires, coaches and disciplines direct reports
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years in Housekeeping management position

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Basic math skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Excellent time management skills
