As the Executive Housekeeper, you will lead the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas are impeccably clean, organized, and well‑maintained. You’ll oversee scheduling, training, inspections, and inventory management, all while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your leadership helps create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests by managing the housekeeping team.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, schedule duties, and ensure quality control for all areas of the hotel.
• Report to the Director of Rooms or General Manager.
• Advance to higher-level positions such as director of rooms, operations manager, or general manager within the hospitality industry.

Education & Experience

• A combination of education and experience in the hotel industry.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Sufficient education and/or literacy necessary to read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required, with or without reasonable accommodations.
