Job summary

SpringHill Suites Rockwall is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead cleaning operations and uphold service standards at our hotel in Rockwall, Texas.

You will prepare work schedules for housekeeping supervisors and crews, drive customer service excellence, and coordinate inspections to ensure all areas meet brand standards. Strong HR and budgeting skills are essential to manage staffing and expenses effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping management or hospitality supervisory role.
• Ability to plan schedules and oversee staff.
• Strong customer service skills for handling complaints.
