We are seeking a talented individual to join our management team as an Executive Housekeeper, leading our Housekeeping Department. We offer highly competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, a 401K matching program, flexible scheduling, and discounts at our properties across North America.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Hire and lead the Housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service quality.
  • Provide clear instructions and organize staff activities to meet quality standards, including visual inspections of guest rooms and public spaces.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and analyze data to control expenses.
  • Adjust staffing based on house count and operational needs.
Ideal Candidate

Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar hotel role, with excellent communication and leadership skills. Takes pride in cleanliness and service quality, with a keen eye for detail. Passionate about hospitality and flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
