TownePlace Suites Indianapolis is looking for a top-performing Hotel Executive Housekeeper.

The TownePlace Suites Indianapolis is seeking a professional, experienced Hotel Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper to ensure impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay. The role involves leading the housekeeping team, ensuring compliance with high cleanliness and sanitation standards, and overseeing the department budget. Supervisory experience in housekeeping or a similar role is required. Excellent communication and leadership skills are highly encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce Housekeeping Standards of Operations
  • Communicate with managers regarding outlet or facility needs
  • Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Forecast and manage payroll
  • Oversee inventory and quality control
  • Manage staff: interview, hire, train, counsel, evaluate performance
  • Inspect facilities regularly
  • Communicate pertinent information to staff
  • Perform hands-on housekeeping duties when needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Supervisory, leadership, and management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others, demonstrate flexibility and patience, and be a team player
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Maintain proper uniform standards: slip-resistant, enclosed toe footwear
  • Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 35 pounds; use of hands; reach, balance, stoop, talk, or hear
