You will schedule staff, monitor productivity, train crew on safety and cleaning techniques, manage supplies and inventories, and coordinate with Maintenance while ensuring top-tier guest service and adherence to policy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule housekeeping staff, assign rooms, and monitor daily productivity.

• Coordinate work orders for Maintenance.
• Enter room status information accurately and promptly each day.

• Lead daily housekeeping meetings and communicate priorities, concerns, and recognition.
• Report safety hazards, property damage, suspicious activity, and policy concerns to the General Manager.
