Join us as an Executive Housekeeper at Vision Hospitality Group, Inc.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The role involves leading and supporting our team, embodying our "ONE TEAM. ONE VISION." philosophy, and contributing to our mission to be the best and most respected hotel company in America.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete all required training and adhere to standard operating procedures and brand standards.
2. Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry staff in coordination with the General Manager.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms and public areas, reporting deficiencies promptly.
4. Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure standards are met.
5. Manage inventory of linens and uniforms, including ordering supplies as needed.
6. Coordinate with other departments, handle guest inquiries courteously, and ensure security protocols are followed.
7. Implement health and safety procedures effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and assets.
• Knowledge of fire safety, evacuation procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills, organizational ability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving bending, reaching, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in various environmental conditions.
• Proficiency in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity, respect for diversity, and a service-oriented attitude.
