Hampton Inn & Suites Hemet - Executive Housekeeper

Position Overview: Hampton Inn & Suites Hemet is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the Housekeeping Department, ensuring it surpasses brand standards and Owner expectations. Responsibilities:
  1. Interview, hire, discipline, and motivate Housekeeping staff
  2. Implement 247Hotels and brand operational procedures
  3. Train staff on brand standards for quality of service
  4. Assign and inspect rooms daily
  5. Manage supply ordering and inventory control
  6. Review departmental costs and approve expenses using checkbook accounting
  7. Ensure health, safety, and departmental policies are followed through regular inspections
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of hotel housekeeping management experience
  • Proficiency with hotel systems and technologies
  • Experience with Hilton brands is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs
