Sage Haus seeks a House Manager & Family Assistant in Brooklyn for a part-time role (~20-25 hrs/week). ASAP start. Comp: $32-35/hr, based on experience.

Responsibilities range from household organization, meal prep, errands, pet care, to coordinating with vendors and managing family calendars. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced family environment.

Responsibilities

• Household Organization & Maintenance: create and maintain organization systems, tidy rooms daily, oversee schedules, coordinate with cleaners and service providers.
• Inventory & Errands: restock pantry and supplies, manage orders and returns, run general errands.
• Meal Support: plan meals, grocery shop, assist with prep and light cooking, keep kitchen tidy.
• Pet Care: look after Bernedoodle feeding and walks, coordinate grooming when needed.
• Family Support & Child Assistance: school drop-offs/pick-ups, back-up care for au pair, organize activities.
• Laundry & Linens: manage laundry spaces and organization, coordinate with the family.
• Vehicle Management: ensure vehicles are fueled and organized, arrange repairs if needed.
• Vendor & Property Oversight: supervise service providers, coordinate repairs and upkeep.
• Administrative & Personal Assistant Support: manage calendars, scheduling, travel planning, and event prep.
