Job summary

MGM National Harbor in Maryland seeks an Executive Host to energize the casino floor, delivering VIP-level service and expediting high-priority guest requests to create unforgettable moments for our valued guests.

You will cultivate relationships with high-value players, seek new clientele to grow the property's player base, and coordinate guest incentives and events with internal teams. Minimum 21 years old and 1 year of relevant experience; 2 years in casino marketing or sales preferred.

THE DAY-TO-DAY

• Guest Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with high-value players by delivering personalized service and memorable experiences.
• Business Growth & Client Acquisition: Proactively seek out and develop new casino clientele to grow the property's player base and drive revenue.
• Incentive Delivery: Execute guest incentives—including comps, special offers, and exclusive access—to reward loyalty and drive continued visitation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum 21 years of age

Pay Range: The pay range for this role is: $55,600.00 - $74,200.00 This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
