Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Director of Dining Services to oversee daily foodservice operations for a 23-bed specialty hospital and lead a team of about 8 associates. You will manage client relationships, profitability, and talent development.

Responsibilities include budgeting, partnerships with the Chef and leadership team, and implementing new culinary programs to deliver top-quality meals while aligning with client needs.

Qualifications

• BS Hospitality degree preferred.
• CDM certification or completed within 18 months of hire.
• 3–5 years of foodservice management experience required.
• Dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day foodservice operations for a 23-bed specialty hospital.
• Manage a team of ~8 associates and client relationships.
• Ensure profitability of the account and talent development.
