Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying AI productivity tools, automation, or agentic workflows in a professional services setting.
• 12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience with multi-workstream programs.
• Proven track record leading large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable outcomes.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and workstreams.
• Experience managing program financials including forecasting, budgeting, and margin.
• End-to-end knowledge of system development, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Ability to lead executive-level customer relationships and drive decisions under pressure.
• Ability to operate across multiple concurrent accounts with context-switching.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support Program Execs and delivery teams across Salesforce Professional Services.
• Lead steering committees and governance forums with executive alignment.
• Define governance, risk monitoring, and escalation processes for engagements.
• Coach delivery teams to improve governance, risk visibility, and performance.
• Drive risk assessment, issue escalation, and remediation with clients and partners.
