Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and clientele.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs and recommend products and services.
• Deliver quality professional services with emphasis on guest’s total look.
• Support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) and focus on performance, people, and process.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and infection control procedures per state guidelines.
• Utilize booking and clientele systems to schedule return visits and events.
