Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Business Intelligence Specialist to build an executive Grafana dashboarding environment. You will integrate data from ServiceNow, Splunk, and other systems for real-time observability, transitioning from Power BI solutions.

You will lead backend integrations, define KPIs with stakeholders, and ensure dashboards are intuitive, and aligned with leadership needs. This is an on-site, full-time role in Alexandria, VA, with DoD clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• 3–5 years in web development, dashboarding, data visualization, or systems integration.
• Experience with dashboard development and data source integration.
• Executive-level dashboards experience required.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required or within first months.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize an executive dashboard in Grafana.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and dashboard insights.
• Build back-end integrations between Grafana and data sources like ServiceNow and Splunk.
• Create dashboards monitoring systems, performance, health, and KPIs.
• Enhance dashboard UX to be intuitive and actionable.
• Provide expertise to assess and maintain existing dashboards.
