Job summary

King's Fish House is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the restaurant operations with a guest-first mindset. The GM will direct daily front- and back-of-house activities, coach the management team, and drive financial performance.

You will set goals, monitor performance, and ensure standards across all shifts, while maintaining a strong culture of hospitality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience as a Manager in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Two years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service casual or fine-dining restaurant.
• Seafood knowledge preferred.
• College degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Manages schedules, payroll, and labor budgets.
• Leads training and development of crewmembers and managers.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and resolves escalated issues.
• Partners with Home Office on crew and policy matters.
• Forecasts sales and labor and leads weekly dashboards.
