Qualifications

• Seven years of experience as a Manager in a high-volume restaurant.
• Two years of experience as a General Manager in a similar concept.
• Flexible schedule required - able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations from food procurement to guest relations.
• Responsible for financial operations of the restaurant.
• Leads the training and cross-training of crew members.
