Royal Gorge Route Railroad in Colorado seeks an exceptional General Manager to shape the future of one of the region's premier hospitality destinations. You will lead daily operations, mentor leaders, and elevate guest experiences across Royal Gorge Route Railroad, Antithesis Restaurant, and related properties.

You will partner with ownership to drive financial results, culture, and guest satisfaction while building and guiding high-performing teams with integrity and passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading hospitality, tourism, restaurants, or multi-unit operations.
• Proven success leading complex operations and developing leadership teams.
• Strong financial and operational expertise.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
