You will lead daily operations, mentor leaders, and elevate guest experiences across Royal Gorge Route Railroad, Antithesis Restaurant, and related properties.

You will partner with ownership to drive financial results, culture, and guest satisfaction while building and guiding high-performing teams with integrity and passion for hospitality.
