Energy Consulting Group seeks an Executive FLIGHT DECK Leader to drive lean transformation strategies across the Supply Chain. This role requires strong leadership and a deep understanding of lean principles to enhance efficiency and promote continuous improvement. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in relevant fields. The position is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to lead significant organizational change.
The Executive FLIGHT DECK Leader will demonstrate lean knowledge and apply lean transformation principles and process improvement concepts, approaches and methods through GE Aerospace’s proprietary lean operating system, known as FLIGHT DECK. The position will work to drive projects/process improvement to Supply Chain Organization. Main areas of responsibility include Capacity and Readiness, Transactional Lean within supply chain and Supply Strategy and Development.
